Conducting HIV Research in Partnership with Government and Community
Please register below to join us for the CFAR Scientific Symposium. This is a full day event that brings together HIV researchers from across the U.S. to discuss the latest developments in HIV research with an audience of fellow scientists – in government and academia – and members of the community.
The program will feature plenary talks by Dr. Anthony Fauci (NIH) and Dr. Eugene McCray (CDC), and four themed sessions: HIV Cure Research, The Urban Epidemic, Health Inequities and Aging and Co-Morbidities. Each moderated session will include three oral presentations followed by responses from a government scientist and a community member and Q&A from the audience. Visit the DC CFAR website for more information and to view the full agenda.
