CAADS Education Committee invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the 2020 Spring Conference and Annual Meeting to be held April 15 - 17, 2020 at the Concord / Walnut Creek Hilton Hotel in Concord, CA.
 
We are looking for dynamic presentations that share industry best practices, challenge our thinking and moves the profession of adult day services forward.
 
Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
 
The Education Committee will review the collected proposals and will make selections based on a rating scale. The submission of a proposal is not a guarantee of selection. If your proposal is accepted, CAADS will contact you by early February 2020.

Part 2: Presentation Information

CAADS requires presentations to be purely educational and not for commerical / sales use. All presentation content and materials used cannot be for promoting any specific business.

At the conference, we offer both 90 minute and 120 minute courses. Please indicate below what length of time you prefer. If you are flexible, please check more than one. *

In the PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION box below, you MUST include the following:

  • The goal / purpose of the presentation
  • The relevance of the topic to adult day services
  • A brief description of the presentation's overall content
  • Why should the committee select your proposal
In the ABSTRACT box below, write a 3 to 4 sentence paragraph about the presentation. This will used to market the presentation in the printed conference registration brochure. Keep in mind that this paragraph should draw an attendee in to register for the presentation!
In the LEARNING OBJECTIVES box below, you MUST include 3 to 5 measurable learninng objectives that will be printed in the conference registration brochure along with the abstract. For some guidance on learning objectives, visit http://tiny.cc/LOs
