OVERVIEW
The Local Government Commission is recruiting 80 CivicSpark Fellows and 40 Climate Action Corps Fellows for the 2021-2022 Service Year. Each program offers an opportunity to serve communities across California while building connections and developing skills through project-based experience.
CivicSpark Fellows will build capacity for local governments to address the most pressing community resilience issues relating to the environment and social equity.
California Climate Action Corps Fellows will build capacity for state and local government agencies, grassroots organizations, and universities and colleges to organize and implement climate action projects and engage community members and volunteers.
