MPA Member Engagement

This form is used by MPA leaders to make appointments to, and establish candidates for, MPA’s volunteer groups. For appointments to committees and other volunteer opportunities at anytime throughout the year. For members who submit their interests by September 15, you will be notified of your appointments by December 1 for the following year. Pending open seats on committees and other volunteer opportunities, MPA will make appointments throughout the year.

The deadline to submit the form for elected positions is June 1 (May 15 for MSHP) for terms beginning the following year. If the current-year deadline has passed, members should still complete the entire form; interested members will still be considered in future years, and throughout the year in the case of volunteer group expansion and vacancies. This form will be saved for each member, who can update it as their preferences change. The form must be updated/confirmed by the member once annually to be considered for positions in the following year.

Appointed Volunteer Groups

Please update your preferences for each of the volunteer groups below. Every effort will be made to appoint members to at least one committee of interest. In some cases, an abundance of members will volunteer for a particular committee and not all can be appointed; please err on the side of selecting more in order to ensure you are appointed to something of interest.
