Must be homeless with children under 18 years of age.
Must show proof that the most recent address before becoming homeless is within Cy-Fair Independent School District (CFISD) boundaries, or the family must have a child registered in a CFISD school.
Must show sufficient income is available ($1400 a month or more) for the household to maintain independence if Cy-Fair Helping Hands provides short-term assistance.
Cy-Fair Helping Hands (CFHH) will process applications in the order they are received. If resources are already allocated, qualifying families will be placed on a waitlist and processed according to the greatest need.
Answer all questions completely and honestly.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
