CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that bookings cancelled within six weeks of the event date will incur charges of 100% of the total cost. Any cancellations prior to this are not subject to cancellation fees.

Beverage Orders & Hosted Bars 

As in previous years, all your beverages for the lunch will need to be pre-ordered on the Grosvenor House Hotel wine website. This website will be open from September and Snook Events will send you details of how to access this once your booking has been confirmed. Please note that pre-booking your table beverages is strongly recommended to avoid delays on the day.  If you wish to book a pre-lunch hosted bar for your guests please contact Magdalena Michalczuk on magdalena.michalczuk@marriotthotels.com or +44 (0) 20 7399 8449.

Guest Names & Dietary Requirements

A complete list of your guest names and their dietary requirements will be required by Snook Events no later than Friday 20th October 2017 for inclusion in the printed brochure.

Upon receipt of your booking form you will receive a confirmation email of your booking and VAT invoice shortly thereafter.  All invoices must be paid prior to the event.
