I don't work with everyone, and I have some requirements. If you agree with the requirements below, then we are a good fit.

1) Be Coachable—Be open to doing things differently than in the past; you are open to improving and being challenged to grow and change. We don't do quick fixes over here!

2) The coaching process starts here - We begin at the maintenance level of calories before moving into any body composition goals for at least a month. If you don't have the data or haven't been tracking your intake, we will find it and go from there.

3) Be Communicative—no ghosting, be honest and open to answering questions, replying to messages, completing check-in forms thoroughly and honestly, and showing up for weekly or biweekly calls. Help your coach help you! If you're struggling, let your coach know! I don't know what I don't know!

4) Committed— Showing up consistently with your best effort each day, week, and month of the year.

Changing your habits, lifestyles, and body transformation takes time. You must understand that sustainable progress takes time, effort, patience, consistency, and diligence! You are ready to invest your time and energy into the process, into the journey. 

5) Ready to track your food consistently as well as weight, measurements, progress photos, and any other measures of progress that we agree upon as a team if the goal is fat loss specifically or building muscle—yes, daily, weekly, monthly!

If we aren't tracking, we are guessing, and then we are not guessing at your results. No experience is needed if you don't know how to track your food. I will teach you how!

6) Able to commit to a structured, customized lifting plan—training blocks rotate every 6 weeks at a minimum, as well as your cardio/walking protocols! The gainz will be gaining. You'll need to have gym access or at least enough equipment to train from home. We will work with what you got to get started, but eventually, you'll need more weights if you train from home!

Daily Walking and getting your steps in is imperative. Movement is so important outside of the gym. It supports your fat loss goals and helps with weight maintenance—not to mention it is good for you!

7) Coaching is investment - Are you ready to invest financially? 1:1 Coaching is a high-level, high-touch interactive coaching experience with continuous support daily.
