The Spirit Wear on this order form is an officially accepted form of the FAST uniform.
All shirts are royal blue fabric with yellow and white print. Comfort cotton t-shirt styles are 100% cotton. Performance "dri-fit" styles are 100% polyester.
Because these are custom made items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered. Please review your order carefully before hitting "submit". Thank you!
