Welcome to the Homestead Christmas Market Artist Application!
 
The 2017 Homestead Christmas Market will be held December 8-9 at Frontier Homestead State Park Museum, 635 N Main St., Cedar City, UT. Artists, crafters and food vendors should use this form to apply. This is a juried event.  The deadline for all applications is October 6, 2017.  Applications may not be accepted/considered after that date, as space is limited. No payment is due with the application.
 
Accepted artists will be notified via email of their acceptance no later than October 13, and booth fees will be due no later than November 3. Booth fees not paid by that date may forfeit the booth space and/or incur a $25 late fee. No booth fee refunds will be granted after November 17. Completion/submission of this form incorporates applicant acceptance of our complete Terms & Conditions.

If accepted, I will be purchasing (PLEASE NOTE - these prices are for applications received on or prior to October 6, 2017. Booth price after that date, in the event late applications will be accepted, will incur a $25 late fee in addition to the booth fee, if accepted.)
