Terms and Conditions:

I understand when canceling my membership:

1. There may be a cancel fee if the minimum # of active months is not met. If a manager is needed to review your cancel request to determine if there is a cancel fee, we will contact you within 3-5 days. Otherwise, cancel fee's are due at time of completing this cancel request.

2. Any member upgrades that have been bought or given in promotions are forfeited and will be canceled. These can be given back if in the future you reactivate a membership with Hawaiian TanFastic.

3. We, @ Hawaiian TanFastic, prefer to have 7 days advance notice to be able to cancel a membership before your next due date. Every effort will be made to cancel your membership if your request is within 7 days of your next due date, but you may be charged your next regular monthly payment.
