Airline Ticketing: AFAR & AWAY TRAVEL will make the plane reservations for the group. Once tickets have been purchased, they are non-refundable as specified in the ticketing agreement with the airline. If you cancel, you will be subject to the ticketing agreement with the airline. Travel restrictions regarding COVID-19 are subject to change in response to changes to global or local health authorities’ guidance on the virus. It may be required by the European Union for a traveler to be vaccinated during my travel dates. I will monitor updates regarding travel guidance. If vaccination is required, I understand that Afar & Away Travel has no control over government rules and restrictions. *

Payment Information

Trip Protection Plan: We always recommend that people who think they may cancel their trip purchase a Trip Protection Plan or Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR). In the age of COVID-19, we are all aware that government-imposed travel restrictions can impact travel plans.

We are offering a Trip Protection Plan for $450. This will allow you to Cancel for Any Reason up to 45 days before travel. On day 44 before travel, you will revert back to the standard Cancellation Policy in the Terms & Conditions and $250 will be credited back to your account. You will be contacted approximately 60 days in advance and be offered a final opportunity to Opt-Out. If you Opt-Out of your tour 45 days or more, you will be fully refunded less the $450 from the Trip Protection Plan. If you choose to remain committed to your tour $250 will be credited toward your final payment. This coverage only applies to monies paid toward this tour.

If you choose to purchase this trip protection plan, you must add the cost to your inital deposit. You cannot add this option at a later time.

Payment Options: Every family is unique in how they finance their trip. We accept checks, credit cards and debit cards issued in United States. Registration is not considered complete until the receipt of payment. If you indicated you would like to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express a secure payment link will be sent to your preferred billing email in 24 to 48 hours of your registration. Your payment will be processed by a payment processor who will charge an additional processing fee.

If you choose to pay for your trip through your credit card you will be charged a 3% convenience fee per payment. For example: If your payment is $500.00 you will be charged an additional $15.00 for a total charge to your credit card of $515.

Rooming is based on double occupancy. Adults could request a single room for a supplemental cost. The cost is generally between $60-$80 additional per day and a total cost will be given for the trip once the hotels are established. Are you interested in more information on a single room? * 🛈
