$75.00 per person (Includes golf cart, hot lunch, drinks, snacks and prizes)

Please check in at the registration table by 8:30 am. The range will be open for warm-up.

The tournament will be a 4 person best ball/captain’s choice round of golf. If you want to form your own team, please submit all registrations and payments together. Individuals can submit a registration form and will be placed on a team. The field is limited to the first 100 paid registrants.

Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams, long drive and closest to pin.

Registration Deadline: May 25 or first 100 paid registrants.
