2019-2020 Chamber and Concert Choir Tours - Payment # 2

Welcome to the LCHS Choral Parents Association (CPA) online tour payment form.
 
Thank you for filling out the Deposit form previously with your child's full information required for travel and making a deposit payment.  It is now time for you to make a 2nd payment for the SPRING CHOIR TOURS for Concert Choir & Chamber Singers due by November 5, 2019.  Information on final payments is below in each choir's section.
 
Please note that there are TWO steps:
 
Complete the online form and press CONTINUE.  You will see a summary of your order.   If correct, please proceed to payment.   If you need to correct the order, click back and make your adjustments. 
 
When you have finished reviewing your order, click the "Continue to PayPal" link at the bottom of the order summary.   You will be directed to PayPal.   You do not need a PayPal account, you may pay via credit/debit card. 
 
You will receive an email from "Formsite" with a summary of your order after your payment has been confirmed.  This may take a few minutes to process.  If you do not receive this email, it means there was an issue with your payment, so please double check you completed it on PayPal.  The subject line of this email will read: CPA 2019-2020 Tour Payment #2 Online Form Result (with a number). 
 
You will also receive an email from service@paypal.com  confirming your successful payment. The subject line of this email will read: Receipt for Your Payment to LCHS Choral Parents Association.
 
Please keep copies of both confirmation emails.  Please check your spam/junk folders for these emails if you do not see  them in your in-box. 

Chamber Singers Tour Information

CHAMBER SINGERS TOUR (Honolulu, Hawaii):
 
DATES:  Thursday, February 13 - Tuesday, February 18, 2020
COST PER STUDENT:  Approx. $2,000.00
DUE BY NOV. 5, 2019:  $750.00 (Payment #2 installment)
FINAL PAYMENT: Not to exceed $950 will be due by December 10, 2019
 
The cost of the tour covers all airfare, ground transportation, hotel, competition fees, some meals, sightseeing, and activities. There will be a final payment due on December 10th, not to exceed $950*, once flights, hotels and all final arrangements are secured. 
 
*If your student is doing fundraising for their personal account, the final amount due will reflect that and be sent to you in an "invoice" format to complete final payment.
 
Form must be completed and payment made by:  November 5, 2019

Concert Choir Tour Information

CONCERT CHOIR TOUR (New Orleans, LA):
 
DATES:  Wednesday, March 25 - Sunday, March 29, 2020
COST PER STUDENT:  Approx. $1,500.00
DUE BY NOV. 5, 2019:  $750.00  (Payment #2 installment)
FINAL PAYMENT: Not to exceed $500 will be due by January 10, 2020
 
The cost of the tour covers all airfare, ground transportation, hotel, competition fees, some meals, sightseeing, and activities. There will be a final payment due on January 10, 2020, not to exceed $500*, once flights, hotels and all final arrangements are secured. 
 
*If your student is doing fundraising for their personal account, the final amount due will reflect that and be sent to you in an "invoice" format to complete final payment.
 
Form must be completed and payment made by:  November 5, 2019
