Deposit of $300 per person is non-refundable and is due at time of reservation.

Final balance due by 5pm EST, Monday, September 25th, 2017. Payments can be made until that deadline if needed (please contact me to arrange). Payments are non-refundable however name changes are allowed with a $25 per person administrative fee if done on/before Monday, October 23rd, 2017.

World Class Travel and its agents, in providing consultations, making reservations, and issuing any travel documents relating to travel or transportation are acting solely in their capacity as agents for the carrier, tour company, transfer company, resort or hotel. World Class Travel shall assume no responsibility or liability for actions beyond its own control in connection with the service to be provided. World Class Travel is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury or default, or any action of the tour company, carrier, transfer company, resort or hotel, or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which travel documents have been issued. World Class Travel shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connections with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation and accommodations, diseases, local laws, terrorist acts, bankruptcy or cessation of supplier or carrier services, climatic conditions, acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, hotel services, accidents or health related problems before or while in-transit, during or after a tour, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of World Class Travel’s control.

Traveler assumes full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccinations, or other entry requirements of countries included on their travel itineraries. It is the traveler's responsibility to protect their purchases and Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Traveler is advised to obtain appropiate insurance coverage against penalties if reservations are cancelled. Information concerning insurance is available through the travel agency. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Trip cancellations must be in writing.Refunds can take up to 8 weeks to process . Airline tickets are nonrefundable. Airline reservations should be reconfirmed directly with the carrier 48 hours prior to travel in case of any schedule changes that may occur. Most airlines are now charging a fee for all checked baggage. 1 carry-on bag per person with no additional fees. Rules vary per Airline.

We reserve the right to remove any guests who become too intoxicated and who act unruly and disruptive. They will be responsible for their own transportation back to Orlando.
