Terms & Conditions

REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of this purchase there are no refunds. If you wait until the last minute to book your appointment or if availability is limited, this does not merit a refund. If you no call/no show your scheduled session, you will not be issued a credit or reschedule date and you will be let go as a client and not allowed to book future sessions. *

EXPIRATION
Your session credit will expire one year from the date of purchase (11/17/2023). If you have not scheduled your session within the year, you will forfeit the credit and no refunds will be given. *

EDITING POLICY
All sessions are color corrected and edited to Ashleigh's liking. When you get your images back and need specifics done ie: scratches, bruises or anything of sort you will be asked to favorite a handful of imagesfor deep editing. Additional editing fees may apply. *

CHILD COOPERATION (if applicable)
It’s understood that the session is reliant on your child’s behavior and cooperation. Ashleigh works great with all sorts of situations however, if your kiddo is having a rough day this may affect image quality. *

BEHAVIOR
If you no call/no show or are disrespectful at any point, you will be let go as a client and not allowed to reschedule or book in the future. No exceptions. *

TARDINESS
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session it will cut into your session time. If you are late to your session by 30 minutes or more, Ashleigh has the right to cancel or reschedule the session without refund or transfer of fees paid. *
