Times in which claimants are available to talk about their claim often vary from person to person, therefore we recommend to our law firm clients to try reaching them at different times of the day(early morning/early afternoon/late afternoon), different days of the week(weekdays/weekends) and even by different methods of communication(mail/text/email/phone).

OUR PROCESS
We will attempt to reach out to the claimant over the course of 14 days to conduct a warm transfer back to your law firm.
If you are not available, we will transfer the claimant to your voicemail.
If we cannot reach the claimant after 14 days, we will cease all attempts to contact them.

If you are experiencing a recurrent issue of not being able to reach multiple claimants, please ensure that you have reached out to your Account Manager so that they are aware and are able to provide additional assistance.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our policy is to only provide contact assistance once per claim on an order. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, kindly reach out to your account manager for assistance.
