HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Connect with an agent

Your agent will be able to offer our discounted vacation packages at select resorts for Christmas and March Break. In order to make the best recommendations, it is helpful to have a short conversation about your needs for your vacation. Every family has different wants and needs and what worked for your bestie, may not be the best for you. We are with you every step of the way, from our first phone call to when we start planning and until you return home from your trip.

3. Quotes are sent

If you are interested in one of our discounted vacation packages please indicate this in the form and we will send you the price and all the details. If you would like to book this option there are no extra fees, the quote is all-in pricing. If you decide you would like something different, we can arrange a free consultation to discuss more about what you are looking for so we can send you the best options. There is a fee to do a vacation search and send multiple quotes for your consideration, it is $100+tax and includes extra services such as seat selection, room requests, cancellation and covid insurance, private transfers and other travel planning needs. We quote all-in per family including flights, checked bags, airport transfers, accommodation and all taxes and fees, if anything is to be paid locally we advise you of this ahead of time, there are no hidden costs when booking with Vacations with Kids!

4. Book your vacation

After helping you choose the best option for your vacation we will get you booked! We use secure forms to collect your personal travel profile infomation. We book your trip and arrange any insurance, seat selection, transfers, room requests etc that may be required. Closer to departure we will advise you on the entry requirements for your destination, covid testing and covid insurance options and re-entry requirements to Canada, these are constantly changing and can be very confusing and difficult to find online. We will simplify the process for you and are here for you every step of the way and will answer any questions you may have.
