Please complete the following, which will allow us to best cater for our pupil’s needs in Michaelmas Term 2020. These details will enable us to plan and prepare how to keep the Sedbergh School environment as safe as possible for all in our community.

Will your son/daughter require 14 days quarantine prior to school starting on 5th/6th of September? *

In Michaelmas term 2020, Exeats may be taken on the long weekends only (25-27th September & 20-22nd November). Do you intend your son/daughter to take either or both of these Exeats? *
