2020 Player Age Verification

Summary

Parent or guardian must provide acceptable proof of age for each player that participates in a tournament. Acceptable forms of verification include an official certifified copy of the players birth certificate, a valid passport, or state ID card.

Players who do not complete age verification process will not be allowed to participate in any tournaments.
