ACC Virtual Event Submission

Any event submitted to the ACC College-Wide Calendar must be sponsored or co-hosted by an ACC department, office, or affiliate as well as meet the Campus Event calendar submission guidelines.

Use this form to submit a virtual or remote ACC-related event. 

Please submit this form for each occurance of the event. You will be prompted to submit another form on form submission if needed.

Approved events are posted within 24 hours after receipt.

To request Sign Language interpreting or CART services, please fill out the online form at least 3 business days in advance. For questions, call Interpreter Services at 512-223-6176.  For other accommodations for people with disabilities, please contact the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) office at any campus. Calendar managers are not responsible for making these arrangements.
