2025 AGC - Texas Building Branch Convention

Hilton Head Island is a wonderland of white-sand beaches, tidal creeks, towering live oaks, and winding pathways. A place where classic small-town charm meets refined coastal elegance. Where the past is honored and traditions celebrated. And where laughter, connection, and lifelong memories are made.

Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa is located on the beach, with golf courses, pickleball, and tennis courts within a half mile. The Shelter Cove Towne Center and Harbour & Marina are under two miles away.

Convention begins on Monday June 9, continues through Tuesday June 10, and Wednesday June 11, wrapping up with dinner this evening.

Registration levels are INDIVIDUAL ($600), COUPLE ($900), and FAMILY ($1,100). For FAMILY registrations, any children over age 18 are an additional $350/person.

Hilton Head Island’s only par-70 public golf course, the George Fazio course at Palmetto Dunes is one of the island’s most distinctive and challenging layouts. Many golfers regard it as the most challenging public course on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, but don’t let that intimidate you. It is designed to be a true but fair test for golfers of all skill levels.

One of the youngest golf courses to be featured on Golf Digest’s list of America’s 100 Best, it was also recently named South Carolina Golf Course of the Year by the SC Golf Course Owners Association. With only two par 5s, the heart of the course lies in a series of long par 4s, beginning with the 432-yard first hole and ending with the 462-yard 18th. With new state-of-the-art Diamond Zoysia greens, the Fazio Course delivers a peak golf experience you’re sure to remember.
