The narrative should address items below and adhere to the formatting requirements listed in the Entry Requirements.

Safety Narrative:
In a separate file, adhering to the formatting requirements listed in the Entry Requirements, describe the safety programs utilized during the completion of this project in 500 words or less.
Subcontractor List:
In a separate file, include a list of all subcontractors, denoting membership (or not) in any AGC chapter in Texas, their contact person, and contact information.
Please include the Trade, Company Name, Contact Name, Address, Email, and Phone. Denote membership in a separate column (not by shading).
Companies submitting a blank document will not be awarded any bonus points in this section.
Project Photos:
Include three (3) high-resolution digital photographs showing the completed project from different angles, adhering to the formatting requirements listed in the Entry Requirements.
Each photo should not exceed 20MB in size.
Each photo should be horizontal (ex. 8" tall x 10" wide).
Please do not submit copyrighted photographs without a release from the copyright holder.

There is a one paragraph description in the online application form above (no "see attached") that describes the project in its entirety - approx. 200 words.
The project narrative is NOT scanned.
The project narrative is limited to 10 pages for $10M or less and limited to 20 pages or less for greater than $10M.
The project narrative does not exceed 20MB in size.
The project narrative clearly delineates the four sections listed in the Entry Requirements.
The safety narrative is submitted as a separate file and, in 500 words or less, describes the safety programs utilized during the completion of this project.
The list of all subcontractors, denoting membership, their contact person, and contact information is submitted on a single line in a Excel file and is NOT blank.
Three (3) high-resolution digital photographs, showing the completed project from different angles, and are suitable for the awards presentation. These are in .jpg or .png format and horizontal (ex. 8" tall x 10" wide). These photos are NO larger than 20MB in size. These are in addition to the narrative pages specified.
All narratives are presented in "portrait" (NOT landscape) format.
There is only one column of text.
