No, I rarely experience breakouts on my skin
Yes, I do get small breakouts along my cheeks, forehead, and nose; sometimes I get them on my chest and back as well. Squeezing or picking the breakout can release a greasy white or yellow discharge.
Yes, I get breakouts especially after I eat dairy, greasy foods, and sugar. My breakouts usually occur on my cheeks and they are more like cysts than a regular ‘zit.’
I have chronic, purple or red cystic acne that shows up around my mouth, jaw and cheeks. They are inflamed and painful to the touch and are made worse by stress, emotions, or hormones.

I have a major sweet tooth and I love sweets! I also consume dairy regularly (milk, yogurt, cheese, ice cream). I eat mostly raw or uncooked vegetables and fruit (salads, smoothies, etc).
I usually don’t have much time to eat – I eat in a hurry and I usually eat while I’m working. I can have belching and/or pain in my stomach.
I am always hungry- I have a very large appetite and I tend to eat a lot of spicy foods or foods that are barbequed or grilled.
