Booth registrants are responsible for their own set-up, tear down, trash removal, and booth staffing. By submitting the form, you agree to provide your own game/activity, along with candy or prizes, and enough volunteers to staff your booth.
You must provide your own tent, extension cords, lighting, trash cans, decorations, etc.
All vendors are responsible for disposing of their own trash.
Set-Up time is 3:00-4:30pm. All vehicles must be removed from the ballfield area by 4:30 pm. You and your booth must be ready to go by 4:45 pm.
As the authorized agent for the above-named organization, I agree to hold the Town of Fountain Hills harmless for theft of, damage to, loss, or destruction of merchandise, materials, equipment, or personal property which I may have on the grounds of a Town of Fountain Hills special event and any injury or damage that might be caused to others arising from my organization’s participation in this event. All requests are subject to acceptance by Town of Fountain Hills staff, and their decision is final. I understand that my signature holds me responsible for the information on this agreement. By signing below, I agree to abide by the rules and conditions set forth by the Town of Fountain Hills.
