Town of Fountain Hills Park Alcohol Permit Request

The Fountain Hills Community Services staff will review all alcohol permit requests once received. The permit must be obtained prior to submitting this form. The permit holder's name must match the driver's license submitted with this request. Failure to do so will result in an automatic rejection of requests. 

The permit holder must be 21 years of age or older.

Alcohol permits are $20 per every 50 adults attending. Payment for the alcohol permit will be collected during the ramada reservation process.

All requests must be submitted during Town business hours. (Monday - Thursday; 7:00am - 5:00pm) 

Requests submitted Friday - Sunday will not be approved until the following Monday.

This permit is valid only if in possession of the applicant for the date of use. It is non-transferrable and is valid for a maximum of 50 consuming adults. This permit is valid only for the date and indicated use as stated on the permit. The permit holder is responsible for the conduct of all individuals consuming alcohol under this permit. The fee of $10.00 is non-transferable and non-refundable.
