Cheryl Perez: Cheryl “CP” Perez is CEO of Cheryl C Perez Brands, a brand of companies that provides consulting,
coaching, and online training programs to entrepreneurs and business owners who want to develop and
build the Operational, Sales, Service, and HR processes and systems to start and scale their businesses.
CP has over 25 years of experience in starting and scaling businesses—including her own—so she
possesses a uniquely qualified insider view of what makes a business truly succeed.

Alex Gertsburg: Alex Gertsburg, Esq.has worn several hats in his 20-year legal career, including serving as a business litigator with large firms, as in-house counsel with a large telecom company, and as an Army officer with a  line-haul truck company, with a year of combat deployment in Iraq. He is the founder of CoverMySix, and managing partner of Cleveland’s Gertsburg Licata Business Law Firm and Gertsburg Licata Acquisitions, a middle-market M&A advisory firm.

Taylor Evans: Taylor Evans is the Founder and President of Rust Belt Recruiting and Workforce, a recruiting agency and an employer branding organization that both focus on creating impactful change in the manufacturing industry. A vocal and active advocate for the growth of skilled workforce in our communities, each is committed to serving as a catalyst for change within the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.
