ProCorps is GCP’s professional corps of volunteers that represent various industries, backgrounds, educational levels, and employers to engage in our talent programs to increase students and job seekers’ career awareness, education, interest and readiness to feed the talent pipeline in Northeast Ohio.
GCP offers a robust portfolio of IT career exposure programming for regional middle and high school students. The portfolio is designed to provide students with a wide variety of experiences to explore IT/Tech careers.
The portfolio of programs is aligned with and will be coordinated with the Planning and Career Exploration (PACE) framework established by the Greater Cleveland Career Consortium (GCCC) which is embedded in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and is expanding to five new districts in 2023-24 school year (Cleveland Heights, Garfield, East Cleveland, Maple Heights, and Warrensville Heights).
The portfolio of programs also serves the broader ecosystem of high schools in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Medina counties offering programs and turnkey resources including knowledge assets, digital platform and tools, centralized for facilitated and asynchronous career exploration for students in their classrooms and at home.
GCP is recruiting volunteers (referred to as GCP ProCorps) for our 2023 Winter/Spring programs. Please complete the following form and indicate which program (or programs) you would be interested in volunteering for and one of our GCP Tech Talent Team members will reach out to you to coordinate next steps.
