Preliminary supplies list:
1) Three weighted exercise balls (or a way to keep non weighted balls in place)
2) Three brightly colored hula hoops
3) Cones or flags to mark boundaries and start/stop lines
4) 15 half filled water bottles wrapped in brightly colored duct tape (to serve as "bowling pins")
5) Good internet/cell service that will allow connecting to the video conference (contact us if you need help)
6) Bluetooth wireless headphones
7) Tripod that will hold your cell phone
8) Suitable working space
