Call for Proposals: Data Privacy Day 2022

We are seeking speakers to participate in panel discussions and educational sessions at Data Privacy Day 2022. The theme of this year's event is " Embedding Privacy into Your Organization’s Culture."

Organizers of the event seek subject matter experts in data privacy to serve as panelists or provide presentations that align with the below topics. Both panels and presentations are scheduled for 30 – 45 minutes in length and include Q & A for participants. 

Presentation Topics
  • Data Privacy Impact Assessments- Build a Roadmap for Action- Possibly Using a Case Study Such as a Data Privacy Assessment for an Organization’s Virtual Workforce.
  • Data Privacy Landscape- Current Compliance Mandates
  • Data Privacy Education- Best Practices for Employees and Suppliers
  • Importance of Culture and Leadership to Data Privacy Outcomes

To submit a speaker, complete the speaker submission form (one form for each proposed session) by December 15, 2021. Look for an email from the HU Professional Education team with the next steps, including scheduling calls between accepted speakers and the planning team.

Please note that this event will be a hybrid  event with both in-person and virtual attendance. Speakers may participate using either modality. Please indicate your availability in the links below.
