This sheet is to be used to divide your group into pairs so that everyone is on a work site with at least one person that they know. You know your teens better than we do, so this is very helpful information when we are creating our work crews.
We understand that sometimes there will be three to a group. This is the exception and not the standard. This sheet is due with all other registration forms and must be included in your registration packet.
We cannot make changes on the day of registration, so please return this sheet with your other registration forms.
