Please note the following: 1. Your Travel Package is NOT reserved without agreement to these payment details and deposit received! 2. Your registration MUST be completed and initial payment made no later than October 1st! 3. Complete the online Medical Liability and Release Form immediately after you submit this form! 4. There are NO refunds on cancellations due to weather, eligibility, acts of God or terrorism! (If local, state, or national safety protocols prevent us from fulfilling this tour, we will work to get a full refund for your tour.) 5. Your card will automatically be charged every month for that month's payment. Declined charges will be charged a $25.00 late fee. If payment is not made promptly, you run the risk of forfeiture of tour and all payments with no refund. 5. The Total Tour Cost will appear on a form on the next page.
