Because this training is so small and personalized, we do appreciate when participants can plan in advance and restrain from cancelling or transferring at the last minute. The closer to the training date, the more difficult it is to fill your spot. Therefore, if you register we strongly recommend that you block the dates on your calendar and prepare in advance to make the most of your time at the retreat.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 45-days or more before the first day of the retreat, then you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel your registration 44-days or less before the first day of the retreat, then you will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. A no show to the retreat forfeits the full-amount paid.

Transfer Policy: We do know that emergencies and unexpected events do happen. We also know that filling your spot at the last minute can be challenging and sometimes impossible. Therefore, we are happy to transfer your fee to any of our In-Person or Virtual EMDR Intensive Retreats with a $50 admin/transfer fee.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Please read in full this agreement to ensure you understand all the EMDR Intensives Retreat ("Training") requirements, expectations, and how to prepare yourself for the training.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be an EMDR trained therapist to attend this Training.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER

You have voluntarily chosen to attend the Virtual EMDR Intensives Retreat (“Training”). This Training includes 1-day of interactive teaching, consultation and breakout groups to develop your EMDR Intensives practice strategy.

In consideration of your attendance at the Training, you hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company putting on the Training (Scaling Up, LLC), its owners, hired trainers, and your fellow attendees at the Training, from any and all liability occurring during and after your attendance at the Training. In particular, you acknowledge that you will not hold the Company liable for any expenses, bodily, mental or personal injuries that you sustain as a result of your attendance at or participation in the Training. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are aware of and understand that your attendance and/or participation in the Training entails certain anticipated and unanticipated risks, and you assume all risks associated therewith as your responsibility.

The terms and conditions of this Participant Waiver shall be legally binding upon the undersigned and their respective estate, representatives, and assigns. I hereby acknowledge my voluntary and informed assumption of full responsibility and liability regarding any injuries that I may incur coincident to my participation in this Training. I hereby assume any and all risks associated with the Training and expressly waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Scaling Up, LLC, its owners, hired trainers, and my fellow attendees, from and against any and all expenses, property damage, and/or injuries sustained that arise out of, in association with, or related in any way to my participation in this Training.

This training and information by www.ScalingUpEMDR.com is sold on the understanding that the creator (Kelly Smyth-Dent) and other trainer (Sadie Smith) and contributors quoted in the material or presented in the trainings are opinions expressed solely of the presenter.
