Terms and Conditions:

1. I agree to rent a Yard light from Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative for a minimum
period of two (2) years from the date of this Agreement at the current rate of $10.00
per month. Canceling this Agreement before a two-year period will result in me
being billed the current monthly fee for the full 24 months.

2. I understand the rental fee includes all energy to operate the light and any
necessary repairs. I understand that the fee is subject to change without notice and
that the charge will be billed on my electric account each month.

3. I agree to contact the Cooperative for any needed repairs to the Cooperative’s
equipment.
