All applications are required to be submitted online.

Applications are due by February 28 at 5:00PM.  Any applications that come in late, incomplete, or are not submitted through the web will not be accepted for review by the Allocation Committee.

Before you fill out the online application, it is strongly recommended that you review the Allocation Strategy document and check list first, then create a draft Word application from the Allocation Application document. 

Applicants are required to schedule a one on one conference with MLR staff to work through specific details of their application before submitting.
