The following is requested by the Wisconsin Arts Board for MAB reporting to WAB:

context for the image (what exactly are we seeing?)
name of the funded project
name of the grant recipient organization
confirmation that you/the photographer obtained permission from those in the image (or their guardians) to publish the image for reporting and educational purposes, as needed.
