Sponsorship and booth space is subject to cancellation if payment is not received according to the terms of this contract. Sponsor hereby grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use trade names, trademarks, service marks and proprietary information. Taste of Lauderdale Lakes agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the 2018 Event to provide the benefits set forth in the proposal. The audience estimates of Taste of Lauderdale Lakes: Food, Music, Arts & Culture and actual attendance figures may vary materially. No portion of the sponsorship payment or in-kind services is subject to refund. This agreement may be amended only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
