- The next class begins JANUARY 21ST and ends APRIL 14TH.
- Students will participate in our 8-week kitchen and professional development training, plus a 4-week paid restaurant internship. 
- Classes will be on campus, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at The Hatchery.

All participants are required to:
- Be a young adult, between the ages of 18-24, living in the city of Chicago.
- Be committed to full or part time employment in the culinary industry after the program has ended.
- Attend all scheduled classes.
- Earn a Food Handling certificate.
- Successfully pass all exams and practicals
- Create an employment profile.
- Possess and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times (punctuality, proper attire, and code of conduct).
