- The next class begins January 8th and ends April 12th.
- Students will participate in our 8-week kitchen and professional development training, plus a 4-week paid restaurant internship. 
- Classes will be on campus, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at The Hatchery, 135 N. Kedzie

All participants are required to:
- Be a young adult between the ages of 16-24 not enrolled in high school
- Attend all scheduled classes
- Earn a ServSafe food handling certificate
- Successfully pass all exams and practicals
- Create an employment profile
- Possess and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times (punctuality, proper attire, and code of conduct)
- Be committed to full or part time employment in the culinary industry after the program has ended
