Mileage is reimbursed in certain circumstances. If caregiver is using their vehicle to transport clients or run errands for clients, mileage is reimburseable to the caregiver and billable to the client, if applicable. Any client receiving services through CCSP or Source waiver programs is limited to 10 miles per week round trip. All doctors appointments for Medicaid client should use Logisticare for transportation, not the caregiver. Choose Client from the question below. Client signatures will be required.
If a caregiver is traveling from one client shift to another client shift with 30 minutes or less in between shifts, mileage is covered by the company. Choose company from the question below.

To confirm the total mileage already provided for your client, call the office. Any Medicaid client mileage over 10 miles round trip per week will not be reimbursed without written permission from your supervisor.
