On the next several screens, new applicants can review and sign off on all new hire documentation. Please read each screen and sign at the bottm. You will also be asked to provide some additional employment details. This paperwork will be available at the Job Fair in paper form as well.
Please note that all documentation signed here will be provided as copies to you in your employee handbook.
Once you begin, you will not be able to leave and come back. This process could take up to 30-45 minutes to complete. If you leave before you finish, you will have to start over again.
Also note that the majority of these documents will be discussed in detail at the Job Fair. Prosper Home Care recommends that applicants attend the Job Fair before signing these forms so they can be informed about what they are signing.
