Refund Policy

BLS, ACLS, or PALS Heartcode
There are no refunds if you registered for a BLS, ACLS, or PALS Heartcode course, since the AHA does not offer refunds after someone has registered for a class. We can only make an exception if you have not started the online course. If you have started the online course, we cannot offer a refund.

CPR, First-aid, BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instrutor Led Courses
Once a student registers for a class, we do not allow refunds. However, students are allowed to reschedule by paying the $30 reschedule fee.
