SVDA AWARDS SUBMISSION

Instructions:
1. Please submit a separate form for EACH level.

2. Attach copies of all Schooling and Sanctioned Schooling Shows you wish to use for this competition. The copy is the front of the completed test, which must include the name of the competition, name of test, date, judge, judge’s signature, score, etc. If the judge’s signature is not on the front, the rider must also copy the section that includes the signature.

3. Schooling and Sanctioned Show scores will be considered from the top six (6) SVDA Schooling/Sanctioned Showtests for a horse/rider pair in a level. To qualify for champion or reserve champion, at least two (2) of the six rides must be from the highest test of that level. Schooling Musical Freestyle requires only three rides in a level to qualify. The scores will be averaged to determine the award winners from each level. 4. Eight hours of volunteer service (four of which must be completed by July 1) are required to qualify for SVDA Year End Awards.
