Thank you for your interest in the West Side Bazaar (opened in Fall 2023). WEDI is currently accepting applications for the Business Incubator Program at the West Side Bazaar and Downtown Bazaar. The Business Incubator Program has limited space. Once your full application is submitted we will contact you, if there is no immediate space available we will add you to the waiting list.
WEDI’s Bazaar's are a small business incubator where aspiring entrepreneurs incubate business concepts and learn the fundamentals of running a business. It is also a community gathering space where people of all races, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds share a love of delicious food and unique products.
In WEDI's Business Incubation program, entrepreneurs receive all of the following forms of support from WEDI:
- One-on-one coaching and business development planning
- Access to capital & markets
- Workshops, training, and educational resources to develop Buiness Owners skills
- Shared commercial kitchen (for restaurants)
- Dedicated booth space (for retail)
- Subsidized rent for start-ups (below the market rate)
- Marketing and sales support
- Access to professional business mentorship and business services
