To hire Mr. Sheehan, please scroll down to the form below and fill it out completely. At the end of the form click on the “Submit Payment” button. You can specify payment of Mr. Sheehan's fee by credit or debit card, or through a PayPal account. Once you have completed the payment process, you will receive an email receipt confirming that Mr. Sheehan is representing you.

Mr. Sheehan charges a flat fee for services as outlined below. Full payment is required at the beginning of representation.

Client understands that this agreement is for Mr. Michael D. Sheehan along with his designated associates to be available to represent client in exchange for compensation as set forth herein. In the event that you have submitted the wrong fee, it is understood that the Law Office of Michael D. Sheehan has not agreed to represent you. If you received your ticket in a county other than King, Pierce, or Snohomish county or if you have multiple infractions on a single ticket, you must contact our office for a quote before we can agree to represent you or start work on your case. In the event that you have submitted an incorrect fee, it understood that the Law Offices of Michael D. Sheehan has not agreed to represent you. The correct fee must be submitted in full before the Law Offices of Michael D. Sheehan can agree to represent you or start work on your case.

The Law Offices of Michael D. Sheehan agrees to provide representation at my Contested Hearing for a flat fee shown below. The goal of this representation is to prevent my infraction(s) from appearing on my driving record ("Washington State Department of Licensing Driver's Abstract.")
