As the main sponsor of the event:
- Your company name and logo will be placed on all advertising, and will figure prominently on the website event page. Company name will be listed on all social media posts as “Sponsored by” for the event now through September.
- Your company name will be listed as “Sponsored by” in all event advertising.
- Signage with your company name,logo and website will be placed prominently throughout the event for the two days of the Festival.
- Your company will receive prominent placement on the event program cover printed version, as well as online version.
FOOD TRUCK SPONSOR: $500 (2)
Sponsor one of the Food Trucks for the West Hartford Art League Arts Festival dining. Your company name will be listed on all advertising, in the event program, on our website with a link to your business, and at the Food truck you sponsor.
MUSIC SPONSOR: $500 (2)
Sponsor a musician for the event. Your company name will be listed in the event program, and on our website with a link to your business.
KIDS CORNER SPONSOR: $350
Sponsor our Kids Table where kids can get creative and receive a glitter tattoo or they can make their own work of art. Your company name will be listed in the event program, and on our website.
SMALL BUSINESS or INDIVIDUAL ARTS CHEERLEADER: $100
Show your support for the event with a $100 donation and your company name and website will be listed in our Event program under "ARTS CHEERLEADER" and on our event page.
