ELIGIBILITY: This exhibit is open to all artists residing in CT, New York and New England.
Work must have been created during the last 2 calendar years and not previously exhibited in a WHAL juried show. Work must be suitably framed and wired for hanging. Wrapped canvases are acceptable. Framed dimensions may not exceed 54 inches on longest side. Work on paper must be under glass or Plexiglas. Sculptures may not weigh more than 50 lbs.

Pre-Registration Deadline: Complete this form, sign and upload your images below before 12 noon Friday March 14th. Earlier entries encouraged. In an effort to alleviate mistakes and last minute changes that result in typo's, we strongly encourage pre-registration PRIOR to March 14th.
Shipping work: Pak Mail is close to our office and will deliver and pick up your work at the end of the show, pack it, and shipped it back to you. For liability purposes, we do not pack and ship artists work.

1. Please upload your images below. Your work will be judged from your images and if accepted, you will then deliver your accepted work to us.
Digital image title must match the title on entry form.
When you drop off accepted work, please be sure each piece is labeled on the back. You can download labels on our call to artists page on our website.
ENTRY FEES: Members: $15 per entry. Non-members: $20 per entry. Limit two acceptances. You may enter up to four works of art. Payment must be made with online entry.
Notification of Acceptance: Wednesday, March 26th online.
Accepted work drop-off: Wednesday April 2nd, 10 - 12 noon or 6-8 pm.
Please note- we do not contact artists individually to let you know of acceptance.
We post a list of accepted work on our website. It is your responsibility to check the list in a timely manner. We will not accept late work.

The Nancy Fritsche Award for an Acrylic painting: $150

Please note: In an effort to encourage participation and opportunities to all artists, previous Best of Show winners are disqualified from winning the top award again for one calendar year.
CLOSE OF SHOW:
Pick up of work after exhibit: Sunday, June 1, 4-5 p.m or Monday, June 2, 10 - 11 a.m Work not picked up by June 2nd at 12 noon is left at owners' risk and will be charged storage fees of $10 per day.

SALES: All artwork must be for sale. A 30% commission is taken on all sales.
LIABILITY: Every reasonable care will be taken in the handling and storage of the works submitted; however the West Hartford Art League is not responsible for loss or damage. Accepted work will be insured at 70% of artist's retail price.
