Accepted digital work must be shipped or delivered to the West Hartford Art League,
Monday October 28, Tuesday October 29th or Wednesday, October 30th. No exceptions.
Please plan accordingly.
Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the artist. Arrangements for return shipping must be made prior to shipping. We regularly use Pak-Mail in West Hartford (1245 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT (860) 561-1369, but you are free to use any shipping service you prefer.
Work damaged in shipping will not be presented. Please check with carrier on reccomended packing guidelines.
The West Hartford Art League will receive a 30% donation on all works sold. Submission to this exhibit is done at artist's risk. By entering this exhibit, artist agrees to all conditions of this prospectus. WHAL will not be responsible for loss or damage to any work while in transit. All work will be insured at 70% of selling price while in the gallery exhibit.
Publicity: The West Hartford Art League will advertise the exhibit online, in social media and in print. We reserve the right to photograph all entries for publicity purposes. Accepted artists are encouraged to send a resume for publicity purposes as well.
All work must be for sale. No exceptions.
