Please complete this application form in its entirety to be considered  for the MnDOT Working Capital loan with the fast track approval process for businesses who have secured Negotiated Maintenance and Construction Contracts (NMCC) and Professional Technical Contracts (PTC).  

Important Note: As a final step of your MnDOT Loan Application, please complete the Client Profile Form. The link to the Client Profile Form will appear in the Success Page once you submit this form.

To qualify for the MnDOT Fast Track Loan, you must provide two years of business or personal tax returns, please reapply when you have a completed business or personal tax return for 2019.

Do you have an executed MnDOT Negotiated Maintenance and Construction Contract? *

To qualify for the MnDOT Fast Track Loan, you must provide a copy of an executed MnDOT Negotiated Maintenance or Construction Contract or an executed MnDOT Professional Technical Contract. If you are seeking a pre-approval for a MnDOT Fast Track Loan, you can skip this step.
Is your MnDOT contract more than $250,000? *

Are you required to complete a Contract Clearance Agreement as a part of your MnDOT Contract? *

To be approved for a MnDOT Fast Track Loan, WomenVenture is required by MnDOT to pull a credit report (please note we will not pull your credit report if we have pulled it within the last six months). Do you give WomenVenture the permission to pull your credit report? *
To qualify for the MnDOT Fast Track Loan, we must review your credit report, when you are willing to have your credit report pulled, please reapply for this loan program.
To quickly fund your MnDOT Fast Track Loan we want to deposit funds directly into your bank account. Do you give WomenVenture permission to deposit funds into your bank account? *
