To broaden support for BlindShell USA’s growing number of blind and visually impaired users, BlindShell USA has organized an entirely volunteer-based mentoring program wherein capable BlindShell users assist other, newer BlindShell users to gain proficiency with the BlindShell Classic 2 accessible cell phone. Because the mentoring program is completely voluntary and substantially outside the control of BlindShell USA, BlindShell USA disclaims any and all liability which could arise within the narrow scope of this voluntary mentoring program. All volunteer participants, whether mentor or mentee acknowledge and accept this Liability Disclaimer at all times. All volunteer mentors and mentees agree to hold BlindShell USA totally and completely harmless of any and all liability associated with the voluntary mentoring program.
