Preparation and Submission Requirements

1. First-Time Scholarship Applicants for the 2024-2025 Season (August 2024 - August 2025)

Complete both this Scholarship Application and the FAM Application (if you haven't already this season).

2. Returning Scholarship Applicants for Fall 2024 or Winter/Spring 2025:

If you have previously submitted the FAM Application for the 2024-2025 season and your financial situation has not changed, you only need to complete this Scholarship Application.

STATEMENT OF INTEREST

Funding for scholarships is limited, and NCT wishes to serve students who will most truly enjoy and benefit from our camps and classes. In order for us to accomplish this, please explain your student's connection with the arts and theatre, as well as why this scholarship would benefit your student. *

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Please acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following statements by typing your initials below each statement that follows.

In consideration of my child’s [and/or my] participation in this activity, I hereby release and discharge Nashville Children’s Theatre, and its representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liability arising from accident, injury, and illness that I (he/she/they) may suffer as a result of my (our) participation in this activity. I authorize program directors to arrange emergency treatment by qualified personnel if needed. *

I give NCT permission to film/photograph my child in camp for publicity and archival purposes and am aware that other parents may photograph or video camp shows. Recordings of online classes may be shared with students who miss class or need to review rehearsal material. *

Any cancellations made later than two weeks before the start of the camp/class will result in ineligibility to receive future NCT scholarships for a full calendar year. *

Attendance to our camps/classes is required. Parents and students must give their best effort to be on time, attend every class during the session, and communicate with NCT education staff if the student will be absent or tardy. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility to receive future NCT scholarships. *
